We are intentionally different from your average M&A broker. Like our service suggests, we are focused on matchmaking. We want to make deals but a deal that actually works for both sides!

Our founder Mick Eardley commented “With my insurance broker hat on I witness numerous unsuccessful mergers and acquisitions. Often the due diligence was poor and important factors like differences in culture were not even taken into consideration. The impact was significant ranging from the loss of key people to problems with maintaining competitive professional indemnity insurance. We want to add value! Too many sellers come to the market distressed, often driven by the cost of PII runoff stopping a well earned retirement, so we are keen to emphasise the need to plan ahead. I want to get the owners of law firms a deal that works for them. If they then stay involved in the practice longer it’s to everyone’s benefit.”
