Jane is a highly regarded and sought after coach. She is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a strengthscope and DiSC Practitioner. Jane has extensive litigation and claims handling experience and has worked both in private practice and in-house as a global indemnity provider as a senior leader.

She has over 25 years experience in claims management, operational leadership, strategy, quality, governance, defining career pathways aand continuous learning strategies. She has real life experience of the demands faced by the legal sector and is able to offer practical solutions that work.

Jane now leads a team of coaches and trainers who use their deep understanding of the legal sector to support firms as they define their culture and develop a future focused people strategy that aligns employee experience with client experience.
Jane lives in the Yorkshire Dales with her husband, teenage son and crazy Labrador. She spends a lot of time walking, running and hiking in the dales, and enjoys spending time with friends, family, sharing good food and wine.

Mick Eardley has worked with law firms since 1999 with more than 23 years experience supporting practices with their Professional Indemnity Insurance and Risk Management.

He’s held several senior positions within the insurance industry with the last 10 years in a sales leadership role.

Mick left PIB Insurance Brokers to set up Rhubarb Legal Limited in July 2022.

His vision is to build a full range of valued added services for the modern law firm. “I want to help law firms to flourish. We value personal relationships so naturally want to form close partnerships with our clients to support their ambitions. I want our growing rhubarb services to innovative and offer creative solutions”.

In addition to building the rhubarbHive platform, Mick is the Sales & Marketing Director of the fast growing National Legal Alliance.

Mick lives in Ilkley in West Yorkshire and is at his happiest when on the moor with his family and dogs. He enjoys running, has a passion for World Cinema and is a keen football fan.

Myles has the focus of supporting the sales and marketing of our business. He gives us a more youthful prospective on how we get our message out there. His role is developing on a daily basis which will give us the capacity to grow without compromising on service to our growing client base.

Myles is also a keen Leeds United fan outside of work. He is now busy ticking off both new football grounds and countries as he loves to travel.

Noah has joined us on a part time basis whilst studying for his BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies at Harrogate College. He helps us to keep our data safe and to support Myles in his role.

Noah’s passion is super cars, photography and Leeds United. He will become more involved over time in our rhumblebee events business.
